Finance, Human Resource and Administration


The functions of the Directorate are:

  1. development, review and implementation of human resource management and administration strategies and programmes;
  2. coordinating provision of office space, transport services, telephone services, and asset management of the Authority;
  3. ensuring compliance with the Government financial management procedures, standards and regulations;
  4. coordination of the finance and accounts function;
  5. oversee the implementation of the supply chain management functions;
  6. oversee the human resource management and development functions;
  7. coordination of records management and documentation functions;
  8. initiate strategies for risk mitigation on  the Authority property; and
  9. coordinating management of information communication technology services.
