The functions of the Directorate are:
- development, review and implementation of human resource management and administration strategies and programmes;
- coordinating provision of office space, transport services, telephone services, and asset management of the Authority;
- ensuring compliance with the Government financial management procedures, standards and regulations;
- coordination of the finance and accounts function;
- oversee the implementation of the supply chain management functions;
- oversee the human resource management and development functions;
- coordination of records management and documentation functions;
